Name: storm dragoon
Appearance: resembling a large massive gooey dragon, his finned tail has a large gooey maw inside of it
Personality: glutinous and always hungry, he enjoys feasting on various items he can find and sculpting them into new works of art
Powers
-gooey body: storm dragoon’s body is a large mass of goo that sucks everything inside of it, the goo will corrupt anything it touches, forming around and altering the body
-gooey mini me: ingesting the goo will rapidly turn the victim into a copy of storm dragoon, spreading through the victim’s blood
-shapeshifting: storm dragoon can shape and mold his body, into any shape he desires
-size expansion: by storing things inside of his own body, storm dragoon can rapidly expand on his size, even growing to the size of buildings if need be
Strategy: frequently going out and taking the odd victim to, he finds heroes absolutely delectable
Weaknesses: high pressure streams of water can disrupt or even disperse storm dragoon’s
