The trees black out to make way for the sunset.
The colors paint the sky.
They add life, add character.
The breeze gently nips at me,
inviting me to play.
"Oh, what fun to be had!" it says.
As the breeze invites me to play,
The smoke from the fire pit dances around me,
filling my lungs, inviting me to dance.
Oh, summer twilights, so full of life, so full of fun!
But the fun has only begun,
even as the horizon kisses the sun.
