Flushed with success at painting my 1:4 dolls, I wiped my ChicLine Ino and had a go at repainting her. I have found my limit. 1:5 is just too, damned small to be comfortable. Anyway, done and better than the first attempt, so all good.
Splendid an incredible work.
Beautiful. Paintwork and photo, both axcellent.
It's very inspiring, and make me want to drax her, especially her face. Good job =]
she is beautiful, the classic beauty, love it !!
This is just marvelling! You are darn talented~
Simply Heavenly !
Jesus, this doll looks so gorgeous like a painting, I even faved her by accident in the wrong folder
She does look like a Rosetti painting, well done!
she is gorgeous. reminds me of Botticelli's women
Ah, could be! I was heading more towards Rossetti, but I will take Botticelli.
hm, now that you've said that, I can see Rosetti here. But my first impression was that I instantly thought of the Birth of Venus and then the Spring when I saw her. Probably because she is not set against darker background and so she seems rather ethereal. Rosetti always seemed to me more like down to earth, more romantic, I guess.
Yes, warm and sensual, whereas Botticelli has a drier style. It is a lighter background to my usual black (it is, in fact, my bath mat. XD I needed something teal and textured, and there it was). And, yes, I can see one of Botticelli's maidens in there.
