Oh wait... I was wrong, they were first seen together in season 7, episode 161 “Night of the Rogues”. But the two didn’t meet each other and teamed-up until 1994 in season 8, episode 176 “Cyber-Turtles!” They make a pretty good team. I wish the two had met earlier in the series and had more team-ups.
