Okay, so, Undertale.
I've never liked it all that much. I mean, the soundtrack is good. It doesn't have the best soundtrack- two of the songs (especially the game over theme) made my ears bleed, and I can think of a few soundtracks I prefer over UT's- but it's good. The in-game animations are pretty good, considering that it's an indie game. I feel as if Cave Story basically is Undertale but better? It came out before Undertale, but it still is regardless.
The characters were pretty stereotypical, even if it was a nice idea to give the enemies some personality (though, Sans and Papyrus are just generic. I've seen the straight man funny man duo done better before, but they aren't horrible... except for Sans. Sans was a mistake.), and the message of killing not always being the answer or something like that doesn't really work for an RPG and isn't the most original idea, but the game was dece
