Little boy, it's a day away from the classroom. Shut up!

I know I looked foward to field trips when I was that age, no matter where I was going.

His logic is "It's a way AWAY from school, but not away from BOREDOM."

Victor sounds like he's auditioning to be a commentator on Fox News.

I have never watched Fox News, but I guess I understand what you mean. We have our own stock of overacting newscasters.

I love the excited looks on all their faces when Miss Mimi announces the field trip, but then Victor's aggravation is priceless. Why is he so disgusted by the planetarium? Did a star kidnap his parents? Did he see the South Park episode about planetariums? Anyway, I'm glad that it's not dampening the other's enthusiasm, and thank goodness Wilfreda finally spoke up about his outburst. It'll be fun to find out exactly why this is a sore point for the boy. Thanks.

... ... ... I don't even remember the South Park episode. Anyway, Victor is likely to explain his reasons in the next strip.

I'm sure it'll be very pretty, and the class might get astrology-cursed while learning about the 9 planets.

Nine planets? I still don't know what's the general opinion on Pluto.

Pluto is a planet, just a very small one. The whole thing has caused some people to mistakenly think there's 8 planets. (it was all a scam to get people to play attention to bored astronomers, anyway. Too bad none of the class are conspiracy enthusiasts.) There's always a group of people who will fall for anything. Like those people who put Monday as the first day of the week and Sunday as the last day of the week.

Yes, I know, a dwarf planet. I just don¡t know the general concensus on it, officially speaking. I better don't make special mention of it during this arc.

I thought that you would. There's more to the solar system for kids to learn than Sailor Moon.

I love the planetarium, but as a kid, any time I heard something was educational my mind heard boring. :)

I'm with Wilfreda, I love the Planetarium. Plus any day away from school is always a good one.

True, but in Victor's eyes he's trading a day away from school for a day in a boring place.
