From Victor's point of view, if Wilfreda's got magic, it's kicking in now. :)

The fact that Betty is the Bride of Frankenstein makes me wonder if she knew beforehand that Ned was dressing up as Frankenstein's monster. :)

To be perfectly honest, I only realized which costumes I've used for the kids AFTER drawing the panels. Perhaps it was a subconscious thing.

It's nice to see Ned getting some more love, in multiple ways, and it seems to have made the girls evening much brighter too. (Especially Betty, of course. :)) Now I just wonder if all the people showering the girls with candy are just sentimental because they think Ned is their older brother watching out for them, or are they all a bunch of danged 'shippers!?

Will this experience teach poor Victor not to brag so much, or is he destined to be a hopeless little kid for a while yet? Yeah, the latter is more fun, plus it would be a shame to lose the spark of conflict that provides extra motivation to all of them. I just feel bad that Julian isn't having any fun because he's trying to be a good friend, but hopefully there will be some cake left when they get back to the candy store.

Well, I suppose it helped Ned to hang around with the girls. Imagine a thirteen year-old Trick-o-Treating alone. Would you give him candy? It's more likely that you won't. Ah, but what if he's in a group of younger kids? Look, he's so risponsible-looking! Have some extra sweets!
