It's great to see Wilfreda found a project to take her mind off all that bad business with Victor, and I just hope she doesn't go too extreme, either with the story or imposing on Betty. Too bad there wasn't a copy of The Wizard of Oz or other books with at least one good witch. Still, her determination really shines, and the shyer girl's reaction tells me there will be some interesting bumps on the road.

Japan has a lot of nice witches in their manga and anime. Kiki for one, and while not actually a witch, Card Captor Sakura does magic and flies around on her wand like a broom.

Yeah, but Wilfreda was referring to classic Grimm witches. You know, the kind that eat children and poison apples and so on.

Ah, those Grimm brothers. They also had a hatred for stepmother. Serious problems with them. :)

Uh, hello, Hermione Granger! OK she's kind of a know-it-all, but still.

Who? Wilfreda, or Betty? Betty is the "geek" of the group, after all.

Neither. I was talking about Hermione. You know, "It's 'LeviOsa' not 'LevioSA'."
