Please don't worry about the grammar, I'm the one who should be apologizing for that. Thank you very much for your critique! <3 As to reply to your question - I wanted to make the main light source from center-above-left near the viewer's eyes. So yes, that is correct. And I'm glad that it shows. I also applied a secondary light source from below the model. It could be light reflected in water or simply some blue source of light, definitely different than the main source. It does add shadows to the whole model except the blue areas, but as the main source is stronger - those places are also lightened up where it falls. So the secondary light source mainly adds the colour and not the lighting set up.
I hope this cleared the matter in this case. ^^ Once again thank you for your critique! <3 I tried particularly hard to make the lighting correct in this piece so I wanted to try to defend my standing, but if you see something weird with it then I definitely have to think more about it with the next piece. Thank you very much!
Th-thank you! ;3;'' It's the first time I received a critique and it's so high too! O_O Thank you very much. I think it deserves lower notes, but I clicked "fair" because it seems like it wouldn't display if I didn't? .3. Please be more strict next time with me. ^^ And thank you again for taking your time to write this critique! I really appreciate it! <33 *bows* Thank you.
