I enjoy this piece. It's eyegrabbing from the start and shows a lot of personality of the pilot. Very realistic without going overboard. The colors used for shading on the pilot are well done on over 90% of her skin.
Onto the small tweaks!
The shading of the skin just above the waist is a tiny bit off. (Compare it to the shading on the pants. On the legs you get a real sense of roundness that the spots where fabric and skin meet lacks.)
I'm a big fan of using shading to pop everything. There's only a few things I can say about it here. First, the light source seems a little off when it comes to the light facing side in spots. (Arm shadow on helmet missing, parts of the wing are a bit light on the detail shading making it hard to tell if round or flat, etc.)
A little more contrast in shadow from the top of the wings when compared to the bottom would help.
The height of the wing seems the same as the view line. (Top and bottom look identical suggesting the viewer is the same height as the center of the wing. Just doesn't make much sense if you think like an engineer and compare it to the nose of the ship.)
I love her face, hair, and that tiny smirk.
