Description

Water type regional variant of Cufant based on T4-T3's design (www.deviantart.com/t4-t3/art/R…) and an evo inspired by mapuregiondex on instagram (www.instagram.com/p/CBRAnoFla-…), but altered to look related to this version of Cufant. I wanted to achieve a Mrs. Potts vibe. 

Also I used conyjams's Cufant sprite as a base because theirs is better than mine.

This reminds me of a polish proverb "Słoń w składzie porcelany" (An elephant in a porcelain store).

We need more Pokemon based on proverbs taken literally!
