Bia is a corrupted Jolteon, her corruption started when she was little, she saw her parents killed from an accident, she then sided with Heracles and Dr. T and proved she is capable at being a soldier. She was cryofreezed and woke up years later to hear that both Heracles and Dr. T are both dead, so she reverse engineered Nanomachines and made a syringe-free nanomachine built to ingest. It was called Nanoseeds. She began planning revenge by aiming missiles at Amusmacia for not charging anyone to ride or charging for admission and by ending Net Neutrality by destroying BLADE's communication hub. She can easily heal herself and punch through steel thanks to the Nanoseeds, however, she has chronic headaches and needs ibuprofen for her headaches.

She is based on the events of 2017 from corrupt politics and the net neutrality repeal crime. She is also based on the character of the same codename from the indie game Iconoclasts.
