Not only that, but Peter Perves, who went on to play companion Steven Taylor in Episode 6 of this serial appears as an American tourist who has a run-in with the Doctor AND the Daleks.

I can't picture the Daleks in this scenario but going something like: EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!.........SEASICK! SEASICK!
