An AuTalkz Special!  See below for explanation.

Yesterday, I discovered that an off-topic forum of a roleplay website, which I have been a member of for years, forcefully took down the banner and link to AuTalkz in my signature.

The reason I was given was that it was because AuTalkz was about a disability (autism), and the board doesn't allow discussions about disabilities.

I did nothing to break the rules or "discuss" a disability, as the link went to the AuTalkz gallery of my DA page; it was off of the forum site itself (else I wouldn't have even posted it, as I'm a stickler for the rules), and in no way was it discussing a disability on the off-topic forum itself.

Yesterday, for the first time since I began to become more vocal about speaking out about admitting to having OCD and Anxiety, as well as ASD (autism), and the first time since I started AuTalkz, I was forcefully silenced by a newbie admin on a site.
They could say it wasn't silencing me, but the banner was clearly labeled as to what AuTalkz was about (meaning, that anyone who clicked it knew what they were clicking on), and since it linked to something not involved with their own site, it broke no rules about the discussion of disabilities.

They can defend their decision until they're blue in the face, but it was silencing.

I didn't send a reply to the mail I got from the mod about it; arguing with those sort of people is pointless.  If I ever do challenge it, I would take it straight to one of the older admins.
Instead, I made this special issue of AuTalkz, which is why it's not in its typical four panel format.

There are a lot more minorities and groups which are prejudiced against and silenced out there, more than I can fit in a single frame of AuTalkz.  And, I don't know all the ribbon colors for other mental disorders.  The message remains the same, however.

That's great!  I think one of the best things possible is spreading knowledge (awareness).  ^^

Its not a disability,it's just us being below the social norm by how we react compare to the neurotypicals.

*sigh* I'm glad you're handling this so maturely by not trying to reason with those idiots. I mean, it's called freedom of speech!

I personally see the idea as Autism being a "disablility" to be an Illusion.

the truth is, the only reason why is was considered a disability is because Scientists did not know what it was.
