Topan Detail

With each story, I try to give my characters more and more of a 3D look. I've reached that point with Arrow, Yaska, Connie, Kat. But Premier Topan was always a difficult case. The bags under his eyes, the beard, the pendant and chain, the shoulder cape were all photo shopped this time with textures and png files as I tried to avoid any actual painting- because I can't believably paint worth a damn.Unfortunately, the shading on his cape is painted. I'd like folks to give their views on the over-all effort- hit or miss?
