Based on an older 1990's concept sketch. Some of you (hopefully) will remember the name from a cross-over story I wrote called "Star Trek: Where No Dregan Has Gone Before". The conflict Arrow mentions in that story is several decades away. This upcoming story marks their first appearance  in the 'Real' universe.
