At this point, Sisko was less than impressed with Odo’s dogged persistence. Thus far, the Inspector’s inability to give up on an investigation had been a massive positive; however, things had taken a turn for the obsessive-compulsive with the arrival of the Duras sisters on the station.
‘Commander, weapons violations aside, these two have more warrants on them than I can count,’ Odo growled at him, signifying the end of his tirade.
‘I’m aware of that, Inspector,’ Sisko replied. ‘Between the two of them, they managed to kick-start the Klingon civil war last year. Gowron had a bounty on their heads large enough that you could buy your own moon just by turning them in.’
‘Then why are they just walking the station?’ Odo almost yelled.
‘Because I want to know what they’re doing here,’ Sisko said thoughtfully. ‘Last anybody knew, they were trying to raise capital to build a new army. I know the Klingons are our allies, and that the Bajorans feel
