Use your mousescroll to switch between your launchers. 

Put your shortcuts and icons in the skin folder by scroll-clicking the skin. Rename them to 0, 1, 2 etc.
Icons must be in .PNG format.
Edit the skin and put MaxNumber= the number of your last shortcut/icon

nevermind i figured it out. i think.

You have to make sure that every shortcut has its icon. It would look like this : i.imgur.com/lt6mIwQ.png

And edit the skin to change the MaxNumber variable. If you have 4 shortcuts, your last shortcut should be 3 and 3.PNG and you change to MaxNumber=3 in the skin.

its a great idea in concept, but it has a few bugs.

it like. . . disapears after i get through the "list"

Did you change MaxNumber in the skin ? It should be 1 less than the number of shortcuts you have put in the folder. (Right clic on the skin and select "Edit the skin". Go to the [Variables] section and change the number after "Maxnumber=")

You may want to reset "MyCounter=" to "MyCounter=0" aswell because it could make the skin disapear.
