(OUTDATED) Ref-Sheet: Rita

Setting info: Rita is part of a small crew of smugglers. Together they travel the galaxy, working as logistic transporters for all kinds of wares. They don't mind if these "wares" may be considered illegal in some parts of the galaxy... infact, they prefer jobs like that since the payment is usually a lot higher (they are smugglers, duh).
If the money is right, they also accept jobs that involve theft, stealth, trespassing; minor to middle big crimes. They would also accept bounties for monster hunting.

Quick Bio:
Rita served in the militarized police department of her home planet. She led a squad of agents in fights against organized crime and exceeded in her duties because she was unhealthily obsessed with her work – there was no leisure, no family, no friends in her life.

Rita always followed The Code that was indoctrinated into her, never operated off protocol, and thought of herself as incorruptible. This made her a thorn in the side of her own people in the police, though. Out of fear to be ratted out by Rita at some point, a couple corrupt high ranks staged an operation in which Rita would catastrophically fail. She lost all her agents in an ambush and barely survived herself.

Shattered by what she believed to be her own fault, she left the department and aimlessly wandered the streets for a while. At some point she encountered Jane in a precarious situation and helped her out, and ever since they have both stuck together. They eventually decided to start a space-freighting operation and to assemble a crew and a ship to start a new life.

Jane is a very good friend, pretty much a sister to Rita and is always willing to help her out in troubled times. Rita overcame her depression and now recovered her former glory, she is a quick-thinking leader and cares for the well-being of her crew more than ever before.

Relationships towards other crewmembers: 
Jane: Pretty much soulmates! Jane helped Rita through her toughest time of life and is deeply appreciated even if Jane is quite different compared to Rita. Jane helped her open her eyes and revaluate the important things in life.
Kyra: Valued for her skills. Kyra is kinda the "foreign girl" so Rita usually is rather protective to her, doesn't want to show it openly though.
Arnosh: Highly respected and trusted, Arnosh brings military-grade knowledge with him, so he is a good partner on more "spicy" missions.
Jago: positive relationship, Jago is the newest member to the crew, so currently the relationship is still developing. Share interest for high-precision arms and go to the shooting range together in a friendly competition

Strengths:

Weaknesses:
- awkward to socialize with strangers
- doesn't like to take risks if there are other options available; can sometimes be "too careful"
- can become pretty bitter, her crew is all she has in her life
