Available from street vendor to high class Chinese Restaurant. While there are also a pork bun with slightly textured bread, my favorite type is the one with soft, fluffy, and smooth bun, encased juicy barbecued pork cubes with a little broth. The moment after the first bite which reveal it's filling and the hot steam from inside is heaven in mouth. This kind of bun also available with other kind of filling like beef, chicken, or mushroom/soy for vegetarian bun. Delicious treat for everybody whether you're a dimsum lover or not.
