Thusly, mammals from different countries & regions are found working at every different facility.The year "0260" when most of this takes place, is something you can consider a rough equivalent to 2030.The term "Star Dog" in this world refers to any anthro canine species that died in space exploration.Strelka character-wise is the same character as Strelka from the Russian cartoon "Belka i Strelka : Tayny Kosmosa" StrelkaChapter 1 - LunaThey’d passed that point. There was only grey. From Strelka’s eye level, out the small window was only lunar grey.  A vibrating flush came and went, on and off again in the most careful bursts every second or a half.
