I think you're tangent on symbolism is a tad misplaced. But there's good nuggets of info/advice in there, like the arms/elbows is a good call. About the Elbow being close to the navel, that's not really true. At least not on my body and not on some other peoples. Mine elbow is 5" higher than my navel.
