Beautiful. I've never tried a city map though I always wanted to try. This is probably one of the best I've seen!

i have a question about your map. how big did you make this in photoshop or whatever you used so that when you put it on here people can read it. .... im having a hard time with my map on this and was wondering.

Amazing! Do you know how the slums came to be? Seems a little weird for a planned city to include a designated "slum" district from the beginning.

Thanks! I'm not the creator of the city setting so I can't really reply to this but why does it seem weird to you?

Well, usually cities are planned to avoid slummification. Slums are a sign that something has gone seriously wrong. In real life, they usually form as an uncontrollable outgrowth of the "actual" city, or replace earlier parts after large-scale destruction (fires, earthquakes, bombings etc.).

Actually that could be consistent with the setting, since the glass dome structure above the city partially broke on all the western part of the city and the slums probably grew up from there.

A beautiful map with a nice concept behind it. I really like the fields creeping in. :)

Thanks much (though I can't be credited for the concept)

Amazing. O_O

So, if I'm getting this right, then the dome is broken?

I really like the concept. :)

Well the basic concept is not mine though I had some freedom on the buildings blocks layout.
