Brazil Deleted Scene

By maxevry
My loose impression of the never-completed "eyeball dream sequence" from Terry Gilliam's 1985 masterpiece "Brazil".

Made for display at Brooklyn's Bottleneck Gallery show "Where Is My Mind?"

It took a minute or two. I wish I'd had time to shade it, but I kinda liked the way it looked flat. Glad you dug it!  :D

This is brilliant! I never knew about that scene... I may need to track down more information. :D

YES! It's a really cool scene, there are storyboards in the book "Dark Knights and Holy Fools," but I got most of my reference from the camera tests seen in the documentary "What is Brazil?" on the Criterion edition. Glad to find another fan of the movie! :)

likewise, it was awesome stumbling across not only something from the movie but something I didn't know about from the movie! :D

Love your style! kinda 80's look to it... rarely see people do this.
Very very cool!

This is really creepy, but the composition is really good. That's  alot eyeballs to draw, but it doesn't look like you skimped on any of them. Having to do something so redundantly must take patience. Good job. :)

THANKS! All it takes are some good audio books and I can do any ol' repetitive thing! :)

Yeah, music is good for that too.

Most interesting  The piece seems to have many different elements that were put together in a well-executed way. :D
