Hi, everyone! It's been a long time since I posted a journal entry, so here's an update: I'm now on Patreon! If you haven't heard of it, Patreon is a site where supporters can contribute to my work every month and get cool rewards in return. I promise you'll see lots of great stuff, and I'm going to update frequently. I'll admit, I'm nervous and excited. Click the image to go to my Patreon page:

Please go click around and check it out. All the info you could possibly want is there, either in the intro or in the launch post. I've also already posted my first set of previews for my supporters. Any and all support is appreciated, and I'd love to have you in my wolf pack to give me feedback on my upcoming work, both writing and art!

Thank you so much!

Hey, everybody. So I've never participated in any kind of art challenge or anything to do with art before - but practicing my art is something I've always wanted to do. I recently discovered a little thing called Inktober, so I figured I'd give it a shot. What could it hurt, right (other than my pride)?

There are some prompts out there, including the official ones, but I'm considering following my own list. I might try varying things up according to week, but honestly, we'll see. I plan to do a lot of fan art, and I'd also love to practice drawing wolves and werewolves in general. I'm open to suggestions, as I'm getting ready to draw my first picture today (obviously). I might update weekly on my site, but if you follow me on social media, I plan to update those daily as I go along, if I possibly can.

I really hope to actually do this, you guys. Holding to a schedule of one picture a day is going to be really hard for me with as much work as I have piled on me this semester, but you have to start sometime. Wish me luck, and stay tuned! Be sure to follow me on social media to keep updated with my progress, namely Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, and here on DeviantArt.

Hope to see you soon!

Hi, everybody. It's been a long time!

I've undergone a lot of life changes lately, and I like to think I've come out of them a better person. I've also been influenced by various of these events - good and bad alike, from shaking hands with Zachary Levi to losing some of my closest friends for reasons I still don't understand - to try and be more stalwart about pursuing my dreams. Therefore, I've been doing a lot of work trying to get myself out there lately. Any help you can offer me in this endeavor is appreciated beyond my means of conveying it to you.

For starters, I've launched a personal website now: Please go and check it out! :) I have a great deal of stuff up there that isn't currently featured on my DA account.

As for that DA account, I'm planning to update this very soon, namely with all the things in my galleries on my site. I'm strongly considering attempting some more things like NaNoWriMo and Inktober this year, but I may not quite make it, since my life has become pretty insanely hectic lately, with taking classes, being an instructor, researching for and writing my thesis, and also trying to keep up with some writing projects I have going, while also trying to better myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

So, for more updates on me lately, check out my personal site (which I'm also trying to manage, and also takes a lot of time! :P). I've got quite a few things in the works and I'm excited to be able to start sharing at least a few. Thanks for staying with me through the activity drought!
Hi, all.

First off, thanks to everyone who has favorited and/or commented on my work over the years! I know I don't have many followers, but I'm hoping to get an actual portfolio up here over Christmas break (for real this time). I'm currently starting the slow process of cleaning up my folders so that I can upload my new work. I've done a lot of coloring lately, and that (along with writing) has become my primary focus.

My life has changed a lot lately, as I'm now getting a Master's degree at Virginia Tech, so I'm extremely busy. However, thanks to our Kickstarter backers, my brother and I have published our Wulfgard works! We'll be publishing more over Christmas break, and I'm already preparing to get hard at work on more stories for publication, while also working on the Wulfgard Guidebook so that it can be printed and published as well. You can find more info here on the official site, where you can also order the novel, comic, playing cards, and more, and my novel is also available to order through Amazon (but you might prefer to order it from our Wulfgard site instead, which I just linked to - it's cheaper and you get it signed!). From the bottom of my heart, thank you again to all our Kickstarter backers! This is a dream come true, as Knightfall and the series it's a part of is something I've been working on for my entire life. Onward to the rest of the series!

For now, you'll be seeing a lot of changes to my DA. I'm going to clean up some clutter and try to arrange things and upload some newer artwork (and possibly a few newer stories, but we'll see how that goes). It'll be a very slow process.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans, and I hope everyone has a merry Christmas!
My first Kickstarter project has now begun! Help me and my brother Justin publish Wulfgard - every little bit helps!

Truly, I appreciate every tiny bit that anyone can offer, even if you just help spread the word. We've always had trouble knowing how to promote our work, so anything anyone can do to aid is deeply appreciated. Publishing Wulfgard is my life's goal, and it has been since I was seven years old. Thank you for all your support! <3…
This thing is so ancient and I have sooooo much new stuff I need to upload.

Maybe I'll do that over Christmas break.
I am officially in love with that movie.

And Jack Frost. I've always been a Pine Nut anyway, but there are no words.

I didn't think it would happen, but it so did. That is all.
Keep an eye out for an official announcement of my first novel! I'll be posting a preview (the first two chapters) here very soon, as well as removing The Dragon's Wrath, since it's been heavily revised to fit into the actual book now.

UPDATE: Uploaded the first two chapters! An official announcement with cover art will be posted on the Wulfgard site at a later date.
... Also called "I want attention. :(" Yeah, I won't try to deny it.

So, first up, I have lots of writing - largely rough and unfinished - to post, just for whoever will read it. I'll be uploading these for the next couple of hours today. I very much encourage comments, and I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts. I'd also like any suggestions as to how I could possibly get at least a small amount of traffic on my DA account since uh, in case you ("you" being theoretical) haven't noticed, I have only a handful of watchers, the majority of which are just close personal friends and/or family members, who I show all my stuff to anyway. In fact, they already know about everything I'm about to post here. But here we go, regardless!

For those of you interested in Wulfgard (the setting of my story The Dragon's Wrath), my brother Justin and I have been working on a Wulfgard wikia for a very long time now:…. There, you'll find more information on the setting, the history, the monsters, the characters, and more.

My plans have remained the same since I was around 7 years old: I have been working pretty much all my life on a series of novels called The Legend of the Five, which is the main story of the Wulfgard setting. The Dragon's Wrath has been revised (several things have changed) and added to the beginning of the first novel, which I have completed and I am currently editing in preparation for publication. The version here on my DA account, and on the Wulfgard site, will remain posted, but whenever I do get to finish the first LotF installment, I plan to edit the title and description of The Dragon's Wrath to reflect that it is no longer 100% accurate to the actual course of the story.

Secondly, for those of you who have seen my brother's LEGOs , I have some things planned...

First up, ya know those Uncharted LEGO minifigs? These...
Also this:…

Well, I'm currently working on Uncharted 3 minifigs! I've almost finished Uncharted 3 Nate.

Third, if you haven't seen my bro's Deus Ex minifigs...…

I plan to make an improved Adam Jensen figure. I hope to make arm decals, a back decal, and a slightly edited chest decal for him, since I have officially fallen in love with the Deus Ex series (especially Human Revolution).

Now that I've spilled all my ambitions, I should add that I've been swamped with college work for a while now and the process of making and uploading all this stuff will be a slow one, thanks to the next two weeks being full of essays and tests. I'm sure the following weeks will be as well. You can expect a huge burst of sudden activity around Thanksgiving, though, or at least I hope.

Thanks for reading (if anyone actually did)! Time to start uploading a few things...
Still writing!

That is all.
