I've been pondering whether to continue using this site, and by the time my current Core subscription expires in March I'll have decided. I haven't been pleased with the direction this site has been going towards, especially the embracing and promotion of AI artwork, which I think has been let loose with very little protection of artists' work. I haven't posted much new artwork here myself since 2020, and frankly haven't made many sales in my entire time here. That wasn't the main reason for me to be here, it's to show my artwork to others. But if this and other sites are just going to become image farms for others for users of AI to scrape and possibly profit from, well, I have to reconsider the extent of my visual presence online. AI keeps getting touted as a tool for artists but currently it's looking like another way for them to get ripped off.

Time continues to have little real meaning in 2020. Perhaps that's why Etsy is having their Cyber Week sale now, until December 2nd, and I'm taking part in it, everything 20% off, link here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/spongestudio
WTF are fragments??
