A guy who likes to draw.
First saw Emma Frost when I was a child watching the 90s Xmen show on TVs in the morning. As I started reading the comics I loved it as she become a core member of the team. Gorgeous. Great fashion sense. A personality where you never know if she loves you or wants to stab you in the back. Perfect woman really.
She's also seldom shown wearing any jewellery, but then again, she already is her own precious gemstone.
Decided to try changing the pose and angles completely from the original and focus more on the character herself. As her legs aren't pictured, a guess was made. Couldn't decide between this footwear or a different coloured Croc on each foot. Still don't know if I made the right decision.

The other week, I was perusing my copy of KYMG:2 by Yūsuke Kozaki, and came across his work on No More Heroes 2. The extreme perspective designs had been intriguing for a little while, so decided to give one a try.
When sketching, the character unintentionally started having a Little Mermaid vibe to her, so ran with it and starting adding some more beachy/aquatic elements. I know she's wearing a waspie, but if a corset can work for regular fashion, then it can work for a swimsuit too.
