Hi there!
I made this "Golden Section" ruler, hoping it will be useful.
Open it in CSP, then save it on your materials Edit > Register Image as Material, then choose a location in your Library. If you want to save it in a folder called "Rulers" you have to create the folder in the Material palette before starting to save it.
I choose to use the new .clip format, because the last ClipStudioPaint/MangaStudio release unifies the two programs and uses this ext. So it works only from CSP 1.5.4, unless (and if) they decide to make a patch for older versions
