The Liberty & Justice Affiliation was started in the early 1960's by Freedom Hall and Megabolt.

By the end of the 60's it was evident that they could use a few extra members to help out with the ever escallating problem in MajorCity. As well as filling some public relations guidlines, the new members brought a little something new to the Affiliation.
