I edited the beast people things' raws so they could be used in DF Adventure Mode. Then set up a Serpent Man explorer.
The only option is to have an outsider, so they have no clothes, only a dagger and spear. I ditched the dagger and found a second spear, a flask, and a backpack in some lairs I cleared.
