Character: At first glance, Kaleo is prickly, hostile, and downright unpleasant. He regards other people and close attachments as an annoyance at best-- preferring the freedom a lone wolf's lifestyle gives him. He's quick to claim he doesn't get people, and has little desire to try- claiming that others just "drag him down". He's bad with tact, and has no qualms with telling someone exactly what he thinks of them straight to their face. Despite all of that, though, he's willing to put himself in harm's way to help someone in trouble... perhaps because his antisocial and brusque behavior comes from a deep-seated fear of letting others get close.

If one manages to get past the defensiveness, they'll find a very different ketucari. Kaleo is fiercely loyal to and protective of the people he cares about. Although he's always slow to trust, he's quite empathetic, perceptive, and caring when he opens up. He's intelligent, insightful, and endlessly adaptable-- his quick thinking and flexibility has helped him find his way out of quite a few scrapes. 

In his spare time, he's a creative and talented artist (responsible for quite a few notable pieces of grafitti in the city of Messus), and rather enjoys combining his natural talent for greheli magic with formidable parkour skills for death-defying leaps and stunts. He's perhaps more at home in the air than on the ground, and relishes the feeling of flying free in the middle of a leap. (He and gravity aren't really on speaking terms.) However, he's deathly afraid of large bodies of water (particularly fast-moving currents) and avoids them like the plauge.
