Well I may take my time accomplishing personal goals but I will get there eventually. I've managed to build myself a new PC and bought myself a new Macbook and camera. With these tools I hope to give myself an excuse to take more 'Me Time' and get more creative. My work is a great creative outlet but thats working to other peoples vision, this way I get to make things for myself. It doesn't matter if no one likes it, the purpose is simply to get back in to the habit.

Well my finances aren't exactly on top form at the moment so buying parts to make a new computer didn't go so well but perseverance paid off. I managed to get my hands on an old desktop, mashed it together with my old desktop and somehow ended up with a semi-decent computer. After adding some Ubuntu magic I can run Gimp and Blender well enough to get started in my bid to be creative 'for the hell of it'(http://bunny69.deviantart.com/journal/30541104/). Now I'm browsing the Groups that have sprung up on deviantART to see what I can have a go at, ooooo decisions, decisions.

I've been a member of deviantART for a few years now, as a kid I would draw all day long, as a teenager I got into graphic design and now I work in television. Working in television is great as I get paid to be creative but on the flip side it means I don't get much of a chance to do things for myself.
