form the left where? in the dock? or on the screen?
In the dock the second icon is Midori Web Browser, on the screen GloobusPreview.

Where did you get the applications folder stack from? is it a script or something new in the development release?

Follow this tutorial for install docky stack and after create a new folder into ur home called Applications, go into /usr/share/applications, select and copy what apps do u want into ur stack from this folder to the new one just created. After this just take the folder and put it into docky. :)

Thanks to the PPA, installing Docky Stacks is easy, but it involves some extra steps if you're using the Docky development PPA or the Elementary Art / Desktop PPAs because the Docky stacks version is older then the Docky development branch (but newer then the latest stable Docky).
