Riku: Alright. The teams are set. Let’s end this debate once and for all.
Jeremy: It’s time for a Death Battle!!!
Destiny’s Bounty hovered over Mountain Glenn. Kai, Cole, Jay, and Zane stood near the edge, looking down at the ruined city. “What do you think could’ve caused this much destruction?” Cole asked. “There are many likely possibilities. But with most of our foes defeated, it’s hard to imagine they could’ve been responsible.” Said Zane. “Well, whatever it was, I don’t see anything running around down there.” Jay said, trying to lighten the mood. “That’s because we’re too high up.” Said Kai. Jay looked down, knowing the Fire Ninja was right. Afterwards, Sensei Wu stepped onto the deck of the Bounty. “Ninja, this is your task.” He said. The four Ninja turned around to face their Sensei. “There are four individuals that have been committing many crimes around here. And I fear they’re next act will be bigger than anything we’ve ever seen. We need you down there to find them, put a stop to them.” Wu said. The Ninja silently nodded. The anchor of the Bounty lowered, leaving the four Ninja to slide down on its chains and leap off when they reached the ground.

A Beowulf fell onto the ground, dead. It’s remains dissipated almost immediately after. “Whoever thought we’d need to come here again?” Yang asked. Ruby had removed Crescent Rose from the head of a Beowulf. “Not me.” She said. “Wonder why Adam would come here to hide?” Weiss asked walking towards them. “Because it’s all he has now.” Blake said, walking with Weiss. “And he’s not going to wait for an opening. He’s always taken action.” With no more Grimm in sight, Team RWBY decided to take a quick rest. “But hide here of all places? Even if it’s all he has, it’s full of Grimm.” Yang asked. “There are few things, if any, that Adam fears. He wouldn’t have to worry about Grimm tracking him.” Blake answered. As the conversation went on, Destiny’s Bounty flew overhead, leaving Team RWBY to state for a moment before standing up. “Was that...a flying pirate ship?” Ruby asked. “What? Of course not.” Said Weiss. “Then what is it?” Ruby asked again. “Uhh...well...ok fine. It’s a ‘flying pirate ship’.” Yang turned to Blake before asking, “One of Adam’s?” Blake shook her head. “The White Fang doesn’t use airships like that.”
“Well, I think we found them.” A voice said behind the team. The four girls turned around to see the Ninja. “They’re...all girls?” Jay asked in confusion. “Cole leaned over to Zane. “Are we sure they’re who we’re looking for?” He asked. “I believe they are.” “Alright. Finding them was easy.” Kai said. “They weren’t exactly hiding.” Said Cole. Ruby formed Crescent Rose. “Who are they?” She asked. Blake unsheathed Gambol Shroud. “They may be assassins.” She said. “I dunno...” Weiss began to say. “They look rather...inexperienced.” “Well, if it’s a fight they want,” Ember Celica extended around Yang’s fists. “it’s a fight they’ll get.”
“I sense they’re going to fight us.” Zane said. “No kidding. I call dibs on the girl with the cat ears.” Jay said. “Let’s just take them out and and arrest them or whatever.” Cole said. The rest of them nodded. Taking out their Golden Weapons, they ran towards Team RWBY, whim did the same. Yang launched herself forward with a shotgun blast, proceeding to knee Kai in the face, knocking him back. Zane threw his Shurikens at Weiss, but she blocked them and used Wind Dust to blow Zane back, following him afterwards. Blake took out her sheath and threw it towards Jay, whom deflected it with his Nunchucks, kicking Blake away, then following her.
Cole noticed his team and the other had been split up. But that meant there was one left. He looked forward, and then up to see Ruby Rose in the air, holding Crescent Rose. “Ninja...” Cole flung the Scythe of Quakes around before leaping into the air as well. “GO!”

<da:embed id="euuxPokAeIA" profile="youtube" width="560" height="315">
Both fighters held their scythes back, with Cole thinking the two would clash them. Instead, Ruby fired Crescent Rose, boosting her forward. Surprising Cole, Ruby kicked the earth ninja with both legs, making him smash and bounce off the ground. The concrete beneath him followed as small rubbles of rock and dirt. Ruby landed a little ways in front of Cole at a surprising speed. However, Cole got his thoughts together and spun around. A small brown tornado formed around Cole, and the rubble that followed him was sucked in.
Ruby turned herself around to witness this. “Is this his Semblance?” She asked herself. Within the tornado, Cole remained mostly still, and the rubble was around. He clenched his fist and started punching them out of the tornado. Ruby witnessed this and started slicing them to bits with her scythe. Then, she fired Crescent Rose at the last few. The bullet pierced the rocks, flying past them without losing its momentum. The bullet had entered Cole’s Spinjitzu, and the earth ninja saw it. With the bullet slowed down in his perspective, Cole avoided the bullet, but it through him off balance of his Spinjitzu. Ruby saw the tornado cease, then fired more bullets at her target.
Despite being off balance, Cole swung the Scythe of Quakes around and deflected the bullets. Then, he rose it into the air and pierced the ground. A small earthquake formed and headed towards Ruby. The Huntress didn’t need to do much to avoid it though. She leapt into the air and spun. He hood started surrounding her body until their was nothing but a red spiral in the air, leaving nothing but rose petals behind. The red spiral curved towards Cole, leaving him to backflip out of the way. Like Cole, Ruby pierced her Crescent Rose into the ground with near similar force.
With both scythes hitting the ground with incredible force, along with the mini earthquake from earlier, the ground beneath Ruby and Cole started to crumble, then collapse. The two fell with massive chunks of the ground falling as well. Weiss had seen this in the middle of her fight. “Ruby!” She shouted. Then, a Shuriken of Ice flew passed her face, immediately catching her attention. Weiss turned to Zane, who caught his Golden Weapon.
The two ran towards each other, Weiss firing a white projectile at her foe. In response, Zane leapt forward a bit, Lansing on his knees that carried his momentum forward, and bending his back. He avoided the attack, and threw a Shuriken at Weiss as his back started to straighten itself. Weiss jumped over the weapon, though, and launched a fire wave towards Zane. The ice ninja threw his second Shuriken towards the fire. It passed right through, surprising Weiss a bit. However, she rose Myrtenaster and blocked the Golden Weapon, but was knocked back some by the clash. All while Zane had managed to preform a roll to dodge the fire wave. The second Shuriken he had thrown returned to his hand, followed by the second one. Weiss landed on her heels without fail, and then made a dash towards Zane, who did the same.
Just as the two were about to reach each other, Jay flew right by passed them, crashing into a wall and landing inside one of the busted buildings. Afterwards, Gambol Shroud was thrown passed the two as well. The blade of the gun pierced through part of the building above where Jay crashed, allowing Blake to swing in. Jay stood up, just in time to see Blake about to kick him in the face.
Jay jumped to the side, letting Blake land where he once was. The part of Gambol Shroud that supported her swing detached from the building and was pulled towards Blake. Without even looking at the weapon, she caught it and aimed it at Jay. She fired a few shots, half expecting Jay to be too slow to react to them. However, Jay swung his Nunchucks around, deflecting the bullets, making them pierced the floor, walls, and ceiling around him. Fortunately, because he had already swung his weapon enough, Jay had enough electricity ready. The Ninja in blue fired a bolt of lighting at Blake, who did nothing to defend herself from it.
To Jay’s surprise, the lighting passed right through Blake, making her disappear somehow. Jay was shocked, and then looked up to see the real Blake in the air, already throwing her weapon at him. Without moving his legs, Jay turned his torso to the right, letting Gambol Shroud Pass by him. Jay grabbed the black rope connecting the gun and the sheath together and pulled on it. Blake was tugged forward without control, and was then kicked in the face. She was sent flying into a wall, and Jay threw his hand up n the air as though that won him the whole fight. With a growl, Blake tugged on her weapon, and the rope attached to her gun was flung forward. To Jay’s surprise, the gun along with the rope wrapped around his leg, and Blake pulled Jay towards her. The Fanus jumped over the Ninja, then kicked him before landing.
The rope released itself from Jay’s leg, but he couldn’t do much and was flying through a few walls. Landing outside the building, Jay rolled on the ground. “Ok...that just happened...” He said. Jay sat up, but a shotgun blast from behind surprised him, making him leap off the ground. The Ninja turned, but soon found Gambol Shroud wrapping itself around Jay’s torso, and was then flung off his feet. Kai, whom was standing several feet away, saw this happen. “Jay!” He shouted.
With the fire ninja distracted, Yang came in and punched him across the face. Kai was sent flying, but flipped around and landed on the ground. He even needed to pierce the ground with the Sword of Fire to prevent him from moving any further back. Yang released a bunch of shotgun shells from Ember Celica, then took out two magazines, flung them in the air, then let them both fall into her weapons perfectly. With her gauntlets fully loaded, Yang ran towards Kai, whom lit the blade of his sword on fire in response.
Yang threw her fists forward, firing Ember Celica. Kai stood his ground and deflected both shots with his sword, then returned fire by shooting a ball of flame at her. Yang served to the right, and started running towards Kai. The fire ninja aimed his sword at Yang and shot a beam of fire from it. Yang served to the right, and started boosting herself forward with her gauntlets. Kai could adjust his aim fast enough as Yang was already closing in on him. She stretched her arm back and threw a punch at Kai when close enough. To her surprise, Kai had moved his body to the right without moving his legs, then swiped at Yang with his sword.
Yang was pushed back, but her Aura protected her from the collision. She was sent back a bit, but it didn’t matter much. Yang boosted herself up into the air and downwards towards Kai with one arm stretched back. Kai jumped out of the way before Yang’s fist collided with the ground, making a large crater. The ground shook, making rocks from underground fall, only to find themselves sliced in half by a golden scythe. Ruby looked up for a moment, wondering what the hell was going on up there. But her attention turned back to Cole, knowing she needed to focus. Ruby took out a clip with a fire symbol on it, then placed it in her scythe.
She aimed it at Cole and fired three shots. Cole leapt to the side, jumping on the wall to avoid the shots, then leaping towards Ruby. He spun his scythe, then swung it. Ruby swung hers as well, colliding the two. Ruby skidded backwards, but fired her rifle as she held Crescent Rose behind her, which launched her forward. Cole hadn’t even had a chance to land yet, and he took a speeding kick from Ruby. Cole crashed into a wall, leaving a large crack in it with a ‘him/shaped’ crater in it. Cole fell to his knees. Taking a kick to the stomach was a little hard to recover from. Having his breath literally taken away, Cole staggered to get up, but his legs tumbled and fell down to his right just in time as Ruby sped by, piercing Crescent Rose into the wall where Cole once was. Somehow, the blade of her weapon was now pointed forward, as if she was now wielding a spear with an overly exaggerated tip.
Cole got onto his feet again, just in time to avoid Ruby’s swing. Cole could barely believe how fast she was able to do her actions. It was speed that could rival Jay’s. Ruby wasted no time for Cole to land and started swing Crescent Rose, which was met with the Scythe of Quakes. Cole blocked all of Ruby’s swings, then landed after. At least, he thought he did. A shaped pain resonated from his shoulder as part of his costume had been ripped open. His partly exposed right arm had suffered a deep cut. Blood started to seep out from the wound.
He had wished that, by chance, he had done the same to Ruby. However, no apparent cuts had appeared on her body. Then again, she was on the offense, and he was on the defense. Cole knew about her speed as their fight had continued, but it was obvious it was going to be a bigger problem than thought. With his thoughts finished, Cole avoided a swing from Ruby by jumping back a bit. To Ruby’s surprise, Cole pierced the wall next to them with his golden scythe, making a trail of stone emerge from the currently spreading cracks. This approach had caught Ruby off guard as part of the had emerged at a quick pace, slamming itself against Ruby’s head.
The huntress’ head started throbbing in pain and she started staggering back to the wall behind her. Cole took his moment and got close enough before swinging his scythe again. This time, Ruby found herself being pulled along with the scythe thanks to her waist being caught in the middle of the blade. With his immense strength, Cole flung Ruby around like a rag doll. “Ninjago!” He shouted. He started to preform Spinjitzu, with Ruby’s waist still caught in his scythe’s grasp. Soon after, Ruby was flung away at great speeds, hitting the wall on the other side of the sewers that was yards away, dropping Crescent Rose halfway.
This earth tornado ceased, and Cole got a look of the result. Whatever victory Cole believed he achieved didn’t last long, though, as Ruby had gotten to her feet. The Huntress bent her knees a little, leaving the Ninja a little confused. Then, she was taken off her feet, and spun in a spiral pattern. Rose petals fell on the cold ground, and the red from Ruby’s cape and hood had covered her body. A red spiral headed towards Cole at unbelievable speeds. Somehow, it swooped Crescent Rose of the ground like it was a tornado. Cole spun his weapon around before taking a swing. But the red spiral had rammed itself into him before her could even react. The Scythe of Quakes somehow flung upwards from the collision, then it pierced the celling sending a small earthquake to the surface.
From where Zane stood, stone emerged underneath him. He soon found himself on top of a small pillar of stone, that allowed him to avoid a white projectile. In his moment of distraction, a Glyph formed in front of the ice ninja. Zane spotted the obvious Glyph, but was too late to react as he found himself on the receiving end of Myrtenaster edge. Weiss landed perfectly on her heels and skidded forward on the ground some thanks to her early momentum. “Perfect form.” She said. She gave Zane a moment to get up from the attack. Not even P.I.X.A.L. could’ve warned Zane in time for the earlier strike.
“I need to analyze her fight patterns.” Zane said. “I can do that, but it’ll take time. Do you think you can hold her off until then?” P.I.X.A.L. asked. Zane nodded to her question. He made a dash towards Weiss, freezing the ground in front of him with his weapon. He jumped on the ice and started sliding on his feet. As he moved forward, he continued the stream of ice. Weiss’s Dust chamber started revolving, then stopped at the selected Dust to use. The Huntress fired a wave of flame from Myrtenaster at Zane, who jumped and flipped over the attack with ease. Zane was now above Weiss as he aimed to land behind her. In the middle of his flip, he threw the Shurikens of Ice at her. Obviously Weiss blocked them both with her sword, then fired another wave of fire at Zane, who only avoided it in return.
The ninja of ice landed behind Weiss, and his weapons had returned to his hand. He spun both Shurikens around in his hand, leaving Weiss to believe he was up to something. Quickly, the Dust chamber spun to the selected Dust, then Weiss got into a stance. Zane spewed frost from his weapons, and Weiss fired wind from hers. The two collided, but the frost was easily blown back at Zane. The ice intended to freeze Weiss was now starting to freeze Zane. “Zane! Fight pattern analyzed! Scan*btz*ing cou-cou-c-“ P.I.X.A.L.’s voice inside Zane’s head was now starting to get disrupted. Zane tried moving back, but his legs were frozen. So was his arms, and soon the rest of his body. His Shurikens ceased the frost, and Weiss ceased the wind.
Glyphs started forming around Zane’s frozen body, and Weiss hopped on one of them. The Zane was in the way of the next Glyph over, which is what Weiss had intended. She jumped by, slashing Zane with Myrtenaster. She related this process with the next Glyph at a much faster pace. She continued on this attack until there were no more Glyphs left to jump onto. On one last Glyph, Weiss leapt forward, striking Zane once more, sending him flying into the wall of a building. The ice had completely broke around Zane at this point. His systems were coming back online one after another. Soon enough, P.I.X.A.L.’s voice came back. “Zane! Are you alright!?” She asked frantically. “.enif ma I” Zane spoke. His voice had been revered thanks to the earlier attack. “I’ve analyzed her fight pattern. Counter measure is ready.” P.I.X.A.L. informed. Zane looked forward, Part of his sight had been cracked, but it didn’t matter too much. He could still see Weiss move forward at great speeds.
Zane’s body moved extremely quickly, as though he wasn’t even in control of what he was doing. This in turn made Weiss pierce the wall with Myrtenaster. Quickly, Zane swung his Shuriken near Weiss’ hand that held her weapon, striking the handle of the sword. Ice started spreading around the handle, forcing Weiss to let go as to not have her hand frozen near instantly. Weiss started backing up. “!ogajniN” Zane shouted, twisting his torso, then spinning around, using Spinjitzu. The tornado of ice rushed forward, capturing Weiss inside. Whilst inside the cold, Zane landed a couple of hits using his Shurikens, then kicked Weiss away from him.
Weiss landed and rolled on the ground. She nearly struggled getting up. “Now, Zane! A few more hits in, and she’ll be done for a while.” P.I.X.A.L. said. Zane nodded and started to approach Weiss, whom was on her knees now, not even facing him. Secretly, Weiss held out her hands in front of her. A small Glyph formed over her hands. And from that Glyph came a miniature knight with a sword nearly its size. The small knight jumped from Weiss’ hands and towards Zane.
It was surprising to have a small figure suddenly jump at ones face, so Zane didn’t get a good chance to counterattack. The knight lifted its sword and stabbed it into Zane’s left eye. The Ninja staggered back as part of his eyesight was gone. The knight jumped back and landed next to Weiss, who was starting to stand up. She stretched her hand towards her summon without looking at it, making it grow in size to a much bigger knight than before. Though he had a limited view now, Zane didn’t need two eyes to tell what just happened.

Several stories up, Jay ran through the halls of the current building he was in, looking for his opponent. He stopped at a specific window when he spotted the growth of a white knight where Zane and his opponent were. Jay saw that Zane was on one knee, as though he was tired out from the fight. Jay started contemplating whether or not he should go down and fight with his friend. Interrupting his thoughts and actions was a bullet shot that pierced the window, leaving a bullet hole through the grass. Jay turned around, but was too late to react to Black jumping forward and kicking Jay out the window.
The glass easily broke under Jay, and he started falling down. But, soon afterwards, Jay preformed Airjitzu, flying back up to the window, and passed it. Blake noticed this and jumped out of the window, then tossed Gambol Shroud upwards, successfully wrapping it around Jay’s leg. Because of this, Jay’s ascent was slowed, then it started reversing to a descent. To prevent himself from falling because of Blake, Jay shot lighting out of his two hands, propelling himself upwards.
Combined with his Airjitzu, Jay managed to propel himself upwards high enough until he got to the roof of the building. He knew Blake was still hanging onto him. Jay landed on the roof, and Blake soon followed. The rope around Jay’s leg loosened and was pulled back to Blake. The Fanus then threw her weapon again towards Jay, whom deflected the sheath blade with his Nunchucks. The weapon what pulled back to Blake’s hand, and she easily caught it in. She then tried it again, and Jay preformed the same move as last time. Blake threw and swung Gambol Shroud at Jay from many different directions. It was only met by his Nunchucks of Lighting. It didn’t take Blake long at all to change her game. She had still swung and directed her weapon to strike, leading Jay to deflect it once more. This time, however, Blake started firing her gun in her hand.
The multiple bullets fired caught Jay off guard. He was quick enough to dodge them, but it only left him open for attack afterwards, as proven by the sheath blade slashing him in the chest. Jay staggered back and checked his wound. Blood did start to seep from it, which made Jay start to worry for his safety. He wondered if he couldn’t beat this foe at all, let along remain in one piece. Seeing as the strategy worked, Blake swung Gambol Shroud again at Jay, then waited for a good chance to open fire.
A couple of swings in, and Blake hadn’t followed up with a volley of bullets. Jay couldn’t tell when to leave his guard down and dodge out of the way. The anticipation of the bullets really worried him. Then, she fired, and he was not prepared. He leaned backwards to avoid having part of his face cut, but then a couple of bullets had grazed his legs. Jay fell to the ground and screamed out in pain and fear. At this rate, he’s be done for.
Blake started cautiously making her way towards Jay, who was getting up, of course. He tried to not let the wounds hold him back, or keep him down. But while he had enough strength to stand, he didn’t have any to keep himself from trembling. “You could just stay down. Right now, you’re confusing recklessness for bravery. I can see why Adam would put his trust in you to take us out.” Blake said. Jay was confused at Blake’s words, but it didn’t matter to him all too much.
With Jay not staying down, Blake decided to make her next move. She threw and directed her sheath blade at Jay, all while firing multiple bullets at him. Jay managed to stay calm in this situation, however. Which allows him to do one thing. “Ninja...go!” He shouted before twirling around and forming a tornado of electricity. The sheath blade and the bullets entered his Spinjitzu, but luckily for him, they were now slowed down. Jay swung his Nunchucks at all the income attacks with one swing. As a matter of fact, he deflected the bullets right back at Blake, and had charged them with electricity thanks to the earlier contacted they had with his weapon.
The sheath came out of the Spinjitzu, baring faint electricity with it. The bullets found themselves hitting Blake in a near instant after they had left. Her Aura did well to protect her from the impact, but it did not stop the electricity from shocking her. Taking his opportunity, Jay leapt forward as best as he could and kicked Blake in the face, sending her backwards. She gained her ground, just in time to see Jay follow up with a swing from his Nunchucks. The attack connected, but not in the way Jay had excepted. In a near instant, a perfect ice sculpture of Blake remained, trapping part of his Nunchucks. The real Blake had escaped from the attack.
Before Jay could look around, Blake had delivered a punch to Jay’s face, making him let go of the golden weapon and stumble back. She threw Gambol Shroud and wrapped it around his right leg, then pulled, flinging Jay behind her. The rope loosened, and Jay was sent flying off the roof. The lighting ninja used Airjitzu and flew himself over to a nearby, shorter building. He looked up from where he once was, but the sound of an explosion had caught his attention. He looked around to see two motorcycles drive by the building. It was Kai and the blond haired girl he was fighting against.
Kai was driven his Blade Cycle next to Yang, who was riding on Bumblebee. The fire ninja to a look at Yang, ready to throw a fireball at her. But he glanced at what was ahead of him, seeing he needed to make a turn. The two simultaneously turned their respective bikes to the right, continuing down the ruined road. Yang had given herself time to fire a few shotgun blasts at Kai, whom thought to do the same with his fire. The flames collided with the bullets, leaving small explosions between the two. Kai had to steer away from Yang a bit just to make her he didn’t burn his face off.
Noticing this, Yang fired a blast at the building Kai was closest to, making a rather small explosion, and making rubble fall from the building. They nearly fell on the fire ninja, had he not steered away from the rubble. However, he did not take into account how close he was to Yang. This lead to Yang punching him in the face, while firing Ember Celica. Part of Kai’s face had been shot, this mad him lose focus on his vehicle. The Sword of Fire turned back to its normal state, and Kai had fell to the ground. His golden weapon had skidded a little ways ahead of him. Kai stood up, shaken up form the earlier ‘punch’. Part of his face was burning, and part of his mask was ripped. He was surprised, as well as thankful that the attack hadn’t blown off one of his eyes. With that, Kai went to go get his sword, but it was blown away by a shotgun blast from Yang. The Sword of Fire flew and nailed itself to the side of a building.
Yang had turned her motorcycle around and was now headed straight for Kai. Kai took out a peculiar weapon this time, however. It’s red Blade was nearly see through, and it looked tech based. Yang fired her Ember Celica, but Kai maneuvered around it and jumped at the right time. When Yang was close enough, Kai propelled himself forward with fire and kicked her off Bumblebee. With her removed, Kai pierced the bike with his Techno-Blade, changing its shape and appearance. It looked nearly identical to the Blade Cycle from earlier, and Kai sat down on it. He steered his new bike and turned it around, proceeding to drive towards Yang.
Yang was just getting up from the earlier kick, only to have her past bike ram into her. Kai almost had ran her over with it, had she not got a grip on part of it, holding on for dear life. She started lifting herself up, then proceeded to fire her gauntlet again. Kai tilted his head to avoid having another part of his face burn, and potentially losing another eye. Kai drove straight towards a building and jumped off the bike at the last moment, making. Yang helplessly crashed into the building, followed by the bike exploding afterwards.
Noticing the weak structure of the building, Kai guess that several rubble from the above floors fell on his opponent. He was surprised that the entire building hadn’t collapsed, considering how badly damaged it was. He turned around and started making his way to his sword, but then turned around to look back at the fire. What he saw amazed him. Yang was walking through the flames, looking extremely pissed. Not that Kai had stolen and transformed her bike and rammed it against her. Not that the entire building could’ve collapsed on her. It was none of those things. Yang held what made her so pissed in her hand. It was a long strand of gold, now nearly burnt hair.
<da:embed id="6JapDyUwAu8" profile="youtube" width="560" height="315">
Even from the distance he was at, Kai could tell that Yang’s eyes had changed color from purple to red. Her hair began to glow golden, as if she had obtained a transformation or something. Yang propelled herself forward towards Kai with her gauntlets. He was about to head towards her as well, but somehow, she had reached him much sooner than anticipated, and she punched him the stomach, sending him flying. He crashed through the building’s walls on the opposite end of the road, which was a mile away from where Yang stood.
Even though she was pissed off more than ever now, she still had wished her opponent didn’t go down in one punch. Yang turned around and started to walk away, but then turned around as soon as she heard a simple sound behind her, carelessly throwing a punch. It was met with another, though. It had met with Kai’s fist, which was now on fire, as the rest of his body. Yang was surprised to see Kai literally on fire, but it didn’t bother him one single bit. It was Kai’s True Potential.
Yang threw a punch with her other arm instead, which was again met with Kai’s. Kai then went for a sweeping kick, knocking Yan off her feet. The fire ninja fired a stream of flame at the fallen Yang, but she had rolled out the way. “Talk about stop, dropping, and rolling.” She let out. Getting up, Yang swiftly landed a punch on Kai’s face, and he returned the favor with a punch of his own. Yang skidded back, whipping blood from her mouth. “This is some power you’ve got. I like it.” Yang said. “Then you’ll get to see all of it.” Kai responded. The two ran at each other, and Yang threw a punch once again, but Kai grabbed the arm that made the attempt. Then, he lifted off the air, carrying Yang with him. He spun around and threw Yang across the ruined city block, then flew after her.
Yang crashed through part of the building, but as much as it hurt, it only added to her power. She made a midair recovery and landed on her feet, skidding backwards. She saw Kai fly in, his arms stretched out for a punch. She also readied a punch, and delivered it as he got close enough. The two had collided their punches, making the ground beneath them crack. Kai leapt back and threw a couple of fire balls, just as Yan started firing her shotgun gauntlets at him. The blasts met, creating multiple small explosions. One bullet actually managed to hit Kai, but it bounced off harmlessly. Kai figures that, in the state, he wouldn’t need to worry about Yang’s bullets. He ceased his fire attack and started walking towards Yang, who wasn’t stopping the barrage of bullets.
Kai got himself close enough and was about to stop Yang’s arms by grabbing them, but was instead tripped by Yang’s legs. But before he fully hit the ground, he was forced upon it by Yang’s robotic fist. The ground beneath Kai began to crack even more, and Yang started punching Kai back to the ground, not even giving him enough time to get up. Kai suddenly propelled himself forward and lifted off the ground before Yang could deliver another punch. Instead of flying towards her, Kai simply on the ground. He started walking towards Yang, and she started to do the same. At this point, both were done with one another.
Simultaneously, Yang and Kai threw a punch, which collided. Then they threw another, and another, and another, and another until it was just a barrage of punches from both sides. Both then put more strength into one of their punches. Obviously, those punches collided, making the ground crack. This didn’t go unnoticed by Cole and Ruby, whom were both thinking that fighting underground might not be the safest place. Cole tapped into his True Potential, then made a jump upwards breaking through the cracked ground, breaking up the barrage of punches between Yang and Kai.
Ruby followed after with her Semblance, and landed next to her angered sister. The two stared down at the two ninja, whose True Potential’s ceased. Then, Jay had landed next to Cole and Kai with his Airjitzu. He was panting heavily. “That cat chick took my Nunchucks...” He said. Blake had landed next to Yang, holding both Gambol Shroud and the Nunchucks of Lighting. “Great. All we need now is-“ Before Yang could finish, Weiss had busted through part of a building. Zane was on the receiving end of her Summon’s sword. Zane landed in front of the Ninja, who helped him up. “How are you feeling, Zane?” Cole asked. “.taerg oot toN” Zane answered. Jay facepalmed at his speech pattern. “I’ll fix you up later...” He said. Weiss had landed next to her team, her Summon dissipating. “And now we got the whole gang.” Said Yang. “So do they.” Blake said. “We can take them.” Weiss said, getting into a stance. “Hopefully.” Ruby said. The ninja got themselves together and also got into battle stances. Team RWBY dashed forward towards them, and so did the ninja, four of them saying “Ninja....GO!!!”
