Character Strawhats crewLocation One Piece's world

I wanted to do something a little different. I'm a big fan of "One Piece", and I have a suspicion about some incoming events.
After Emporio Ivankov was introduced, someone asked Eechiro Oda (One Piece's author) how would the StrawHats would look genderswapped. He responded showing these sketches of that scenario on SBS 56 (a space in Manga's volumens where he answers questions from fans). Eventually, he also posted other character genderswapped, like the Shichibukais and the Worst Generation. It also posted sketches of how characters looked like kids and other stuff.
Well, you see, the point he is that I have noticed Eechiro Oda seems to be adapting these sketches for the latest chapters of "One Piece". For example, the Shichibukais as kids have been used to create the new Pacifistas called the Seraphims. And in Chapter 1063, we saw Trafalgar Law transformed into a woman by the power of Doc Q; whose powers allow him to create ANY kind of sickness, including one that turns men into women.
Since Female Luffy was so popular that they even made a figure of her, I want to believe there will come up a time, surely before the final clash between the Strawhats and Blackbeard's pirates, where Doc Q might use this same sickness against Luffy's crew. And I want to share with my suspictions about how this transformation could affect each member of the crew. There are some interesting results, as far as I see.

Ribbon made that idea to put Luffy and Chopper as females.
