Description
This is something I had planned for next week, but the sudden hit of a "tremendous idea" made me work at top speed on it and I decided to post the new idea on next week. So I'm posting this other picture today, and I hope it will have better luck than my last one.
As you fans know, the cards from Disney's Lorcana hide a storyline behind the meaning of the images shown in them, and there's one potential upcoming story that calls my attention.
After the defeat of Ursula in the Set 4 of the game (titled "Ursula's Return") many villains started to take advantage of her defeat (as usual in bad guys). One of them is a Glimmer of the Evil Queen from "Snow White" known as "Crown of the Council". This is a Storyborn Glimmer, which means she's a manifestation of the very same character from the original movie. Although we don't know her plan, it seems it involves the gathering and alliance with some of her own counterparts. Judging by the picture, these counterparts are:
- "Commanding Presence": A Floodborn from the Amber Ink, this is a version of the Evil Queen who, for some reason, lost all her magical powers in exchange of having her power as a queen increased. As consequence, nobody can oppose to her orders.
- "Hateful Rival": A Dreamborn from the Amethyst Ink, who apparently had her magical powers very much increased through the use of alchemy and other magical potions. There are rumors she's aiming to turn into a Floodborn to become the ultimate sorceress.
- "Diviner": Another Dreamborn, this one from the Sapphire Ink, who also had her magical power increased, except this one had them through the increase of her intelligence and the study or ancient spellbooks. It's not clear what she is after.
Certainly, the alliance of several version of the same villains is to worry about, but if this alliance is like the ones of the two Ursulas from "Ursula's Return", it's quite possible it will only end in betrayal.
So, what do you think of this?
PD: Get ready, people! Because after this, the gifts I will give you this Christmas could possibly make me take the job of good old Santa Claus.
Cool cards
