i like it. but if its underwater , you skip the hair wavi under water, sems like the water is just a blury effect, you could have put some shades and shadows because on top of the water u can see diffrent color, it should had reflected under and on her skin like snakes-~ ~ ~ ~, xD sorry if im not understandable ^^ but i do like it.

but one thing more is that it doesnt have any light above so that reflects on her skin are not that needed, C:

maybe more zoom in the body part under water
and sometimes on the line that divides the water can see the effect of droplets .v.

I love how the picture is so dark and she fades into it, and then there is the top of her face and the top of the water where she has air. It really does show hope and this photo maybe simple but the meaning is deep. Nice composition as well, underneath the water is my favorite part where her hair fades away and everything is out of focus. I do think her eye is too dark for the photo, but I like the expression you chose for her face a lot. She has hope, but it makes you wonder how much. Nice job with this photo!
