Since "awesome" sums up the feelings that this piece evokes but doesn´t add anything to enrich the creator, here´s my longer description:

You are great with depicting mood and light with shadows, the elements pop. The design and body language, especially the facial expressions are very intriguing. You add small elements in the environment that add a story, while keeping it simple, so that the viewer can focus on the most important part, the shaman.
You understand the colors pretty well too.

I do think the small toes on his foot are cut off, though. They look so angular. Maybe making them rounder would help.
