Description
GET A LIFE!
EPISODE 47: THE PYRAMIDS' OTHER SECRET (1)
COVER < PAGE 1 > NEXT
Art by Joel Sousa
Story & lettering by Franco Villa
English edits by Joe Teanby
Edits by Cristian Di Biase & Luca Salvadei
NOTE
Original art.
The abandoned slums, hiding among the most modern buildings in Il Cairo, and impossible to reach, share their origin with the London district known as NeverNeverLand, as seen in Ritorno alla terra che non c'è (Martin Mystère n.280).
In the official series, the gateways to NeverNeverLand were never connected to the Ley Line concepts, but as NeverNeverLand was designed and engineered by Algernon Mabus, it is a safe bet that Ley Lines are involved.
And that's why in our comics that is stated clearly: the Ley Barrier is a variant of the Ley Lines, which can be crossed only by people with special abilities.
Diego, as the guardian of the Z Stone, is one of those people who can cross a Ley Barrier with ease.
