Hayley W Vector with lights

one last thing with this vector.
I found one of my lights images and used it as a screen with my vector image.
Maybe I'm edging towards Mixed Media - but 98% of it is a vector - just with a light screen on top - which I have to say it gives it a nice mood to it.
Plus it makes Hayley's hair twice as cool looking XD

Btw- do you happen to know the difference between a vector and a vexel?
Cause I thought what I was doing was a vector - then again I haven't been too sure hahaha.

if u did it as a vector im sorry. i just assumed it was a vexel cos u would normally do a portrait like that as a vexel.

Reading the article - my image is a vector, but it had to be saved as a vexel on PSP since it had to be converted to raster layers.
So its pretty much both vector and vexel haha.
