Wow, I do have to say that this is a stunning picture you have taken. It must have taken a lot of skill to take a picture that looks this professional. The clouds and the sky are just gorgeous, the mix between the pinks, purples, and the blues are just awesome.

What else stands out in this picture is the snow. The color of the sunset has made the usually white snow a more purplish blue color. Snow is always beautiful that way. The trees in the distance really add some contrast to the whole picture, and also gives you some sort of perception on how far it all expands out to.

Really good work. This is just gorgeous. I know why you have named this piece "Still in awe"

Bismarck, ND... too bad the rest of the state isn't that beautiful... the rest looks like a giant, white, wasteland... lol... :)

Only east of Bismarck, out west there is definitely potential!  Badlands territory

yep, east of Bismarck is a flat, see for miles, nothingness... when I lived in Wisconsin and people would ask what ND looked like... my reply was... got a piece of graph paper, then you have a map of eastern ND... :)   Boring as Limbo... born and raised here... hate it... :D

Funny how 200 miles was probably the difference in me becoming a landscape photographer or not
