You can now use special characters (like & @ " ; `), emojis (like 🎉 ✨ 🖌️ 🫠 🔥), and non-Latin characters (like 日本語, 한국어, Русский, العربية) in more areas across DeviantArt. Also, some character limits are doubling! Titles that were capped at 50 characters can now go up to 100, so you have more space to get creative and descriptive. This update applies to: Deviation titles (including journals) Galleries Collections (both public and private) Folders Tags also support non-Latin scripts, but their character limits stay the same. DeviantArt is home to artists and communities from all over the world, and now you can express yourself in whatever way feels natural.
