Universal Should NOT buy WB

Recently there is a Rumor Flying around saying that Comcast Could Acquire Warner Bros. and Merge it with NBCUniversal in 2024. and that many people said that could happen well TBH I don't think it Should/Would Happen Because it would just create another anti-trust lawsuit and a Monopoly. Instead I rather want Warner Bros. To Fire David Zaslav and Find A new Boss as well as Buying MGM for many reasons as for Universal whatsoever they should Fully Own Amblin Partners which includes owning the DreamWorks Pictures Libraries (pre-2011 and GoFish Pictures libraries from Paramount and the 2011-2016 library from Disney) and all Amblin-produced films (with some Exceptions). So what do you think? do you aggrege with me?
