The Channel Islands were already Norman and are right next to Normandy, so.
For the other one, I would think more about shifting Bavaria from Germany to Austria and rename the whole thing Bavaria. Because, well, they both are based on the Danube and have Bavarian as the local language, and Austria was born as the "Osterreich" ("the eastern realm") of Bavaria to begin with.
