The overall effect of this piece is very good. The blossom petals flying around help to enhance the aura that she gives off. The fact that everything besides her is slightly blurry draws your attention to her, and I think that you did quite a nice job on that.

The detail in this piece is wonderful, and I love the intricacy of the patterns of her clothes is simply astounding.

The white wisps coming off of her swords give the impression that they are not just swords, but can become alive when she wields them.

At first glance, this piece looks almost flawlessly beautiful, but there are some things I thought I should mention.

Firstly, the light source. It seems to be coming from her right side, and the clothes on her right side are greatly illuminated, with a slightly yellow touch, making it seem like the sun is shining from that direction. However, her left arm and obi sash are illuminated by a light source coming seemingly from a different light source. At first, I thought that it might have been the blades, but that would not have made much sense, unless the light of the longer blade is stronger at the tip, and it does not seem so. As for the light source shining on the back of the obi sash and sheathes, I cannot think of any explanations, unless there are multiple bright sources of light (one from her direct right, and one coming from her upper left side).
Also regarding the light source, there is her left hand/handle. While the clothes on her right side are lit up, neither her hand nor the handle of the blade are lit up by the same light source. Considering how bright the light had made her clothes, it is strange how her hand and handle would not also be bright.

Another thing I had thought should mention is the length of her forearm/the placement of her elbow. The forearm is realistically shorter than the upper part of the arm, as the bones (the radius and ulna) are shorter than the one in the upper arm (the humerus). However, on her left arm, the forearm is obviously longer. Given the folds of the sleeve on her left arm, she doesn't appear to be holding the shorter sword out further in front, which could possibly explain why her forearm looks longer than her upper arm.

While it seems like I am nitpicking on small things, I actually enjoy your works quite a lot. This is a work from over 4 years ago, and I think I am (more than) slightly late on critiquing, but I hope that you will still find this to be helpful.

Firstly, the colours you used here is beautiful. Everything is harmonious and that's what makes it such a beautiful piece. The pose of the character is different and unique, making the whole concept of this artwork deep and detail.

Your use of green in this artwork is highly developed, showing that she moves along nature. And with the touch of the cherry blossom branches in the background, along with the floating petals, adds the idea that she is strong and gentle at the same time.

I love her two swords and especially the magical white mist that surrounds them. It gives the idea that she uses magic and the way her hair flows is similar to her magic, revealing that the swords are a part of her; which again highlights the concept that she is with nature.

Overall, the simplistic use of colours in the background and the magic that is represented in this artwork is stunning and perfect!
