Me scolding Dash

Let me explain: I've always hated bullies and Dash takes the 1st spot on my top list, because not only he's a jerk, a pervert and an idiot, but I really, REALLY hate how in the canon and even in some fanfics he frames his victims for his actions and gets away from the punishment he deserves because of that stupid, unfair and ridiculous favoritism at Casper High!    Seriously, jerks like him should be put to juvie or at least get more discipline! Characters like Dash tick me off a lot and if it was possible, I'd gladly teleport to the show, movie, game, fanfic or whatever and scold them harsh, but honestly, serving justice to them! That's better than murder which isn't always wise, I tell You! Btw I've read some DannyxReader/Oc fanfics on Quotev and Wattpad which are literally based on the canon episodes and it bothers me there are barely any changes! Especially with how Dash still keeps on getting away with his bullying, how he hurts Danny, etc! God, I'm even furious at Pointdexter he mistook Danny for a bully when in realty it was Dash who was guilty, not Danny! 1. If You were witnessing a bullying at school as a student or a teacher, what would You do?
2. How would You like to punish bullies if it was up to You?
3. Who are Your most despised bully characters in fiction generally?

I don't own Dash(who must be bashed, pun intended), because he's Butch Hartman's characters(one of the worst ones lik e.g. Vicky from FOP)! The only thing I own is this drawing and myself!
