I love your application here; I really wish the FOSS Office Suites had a modern graphical UI of their own like MS Office, instead of being stuck in the past with a text-only menu...

Thanks  !! ,  Is  a  sorrow  that  LibreOffice   use    homemade libraries  in  his   GUI  .The   VCL  libraries   don't have support   for Gtk  and  Qt  .
Also  there aren't   a  manual  of   programing   with   the   VCL  libraries .
docs.libreoffice.org/vcl/html/…  .

Hello ..... The interface is simple by the limitations imposed by Gtk3 .
Microsoft has more libraries and with more widgets .
But the GNU / Linux community does everything to improve .

I like this quite a lot. I saw the youtube video. There is a lot of room for improvement but the idea is good. However, a lot of people are going to not like MS Office kind of menus, but I think it is very useful and less cluttered. It would look better if it looked more like the Android theme (Holo), i.e. without gradients.
There is a site called Citrus UI [link] which also has a lot of very very good ideas and concepts. You should check it out as well.
Your effort is in the right direction and I really hope that something comes out of it.
