As you are aware, the Corona Virus (CVID-19) has proven to be a threat to the public. It caused many people to get sick, and probably even die, When not taking immediate steps. The pandemic have been leaving many of us in a serious panic. That is the wrong option. Let me inform you that panic will only make the situation worse. I must also affirm that, in spite the dangerous risk to people it poses, there are ways to protect yourselves and others around you and I will tell you.

Remain Calm
Calm is all you must be when things like this go wrong. Anything else would lead to trouble. In this case, it's the honest truth. Don't waste time with panic. Turn to reason and logic.


You may have heard this before, but always wash your hands, first and foremost.  It also helps to have some hand sanitize in hand, especially with a high volume of alcoholic content. Your hands should also avoid getting in close contact with parts of you or unsanitary surfaces that can get infected. Touch your face, wash your hands. Touch any part of your face, body or anything else, wash your hands. You practicing this routine will help you avoid being sick from the inside out.

Social Distance
Distance is crucial in the fight against the outbreak. No more than one meter (3 ft.) from other people. There's no telling whom might be carrying and whom isn't.

Wear a mask.
Medical masks are important in preventing the virus from getting to you. If you have one on, use it. It's to ensure your protection, when used, properly.

Stay Home!
Better action to take, if nothing else, just stay home; find other ways to keep active when can to avoid cabin fever as they call it. Yes, area close-downs are the pits, but better that than getting sick.

Stay up-to-date with your medical provider.
When in doubt of this dreadful ailment that's taking the planet by storm (like when you're coughing or have flu-like symptoms), please seek medical aid immediately. 

This is going to help you keep yourselves and those around you safe from the outbreak, even while means of keeping the situation from getting worse are in the works. We need to keep the threat from spreading by these simple practices to keep each other healthy and the virus clear away at bay. Are there any questions? OK, get medical. Watch your sixes, and hey... Let's be careful out there.

If and when should return to troll or harass again, let it be known that his actions are must not, will not go unpunished. He once asked someone to do a couple of commissions at one point. He wanted to talk to the one that did them for him on Discord, but was refused. That's where the harassment and threats came into play (and also, one on voicemail that was more vocal... and a whole lot creepier). I won't speak of the commissioner's name due to confidentiality, but he needs to know and understand that if he should re-offend, prior to return, he's to end up worse than on report.

And pass the word along.

Many of you guys may have heard of the shooting at the high school over in the state of Florida. The student is in the process of being tried and justice will be served, but will it? What about the victims that survived it? They had suffered greatly from what happened and they are. Some were even still traumatized from it and they must know that they are not alone. If you know anyone living in Florida and affected by the disaster, do whatever it takes to let them know that you're there for them and pray for the affected and their safety and recovery. 
I must also say the student's safety is to be made primary concern, not just here, but in schools in other parts of the country and beyond.


Some of you may even say that these mass shootings, in and outside school grounds happen for a number of reasons. The bigger reason behind that must be faced with is the fact of gun laws being lax. But no matter how we have incidences like this with it being a question of when or where, the insistent of knowing and understanding the truth cannot be over-stressed. Between this and what this journal is about, we must all take action now.
