Yargh jacket

Description

here's the current state of my pirate jacket. It is officially done, but I still want to add more to it. From the pictures that I posted earlier, I've added pockets, buttons, trim on the sleeves and bottom. this is what I looked like at the cotillion dance, except without the fancy back patter like on other pictures... oh and the camo pants :D

This is my favorite coat so far, it's light weight, not to warm (being one layer of denim), green, has a dandy floral theme and it's a pirate jacket! yay!

if anyone knows what time period specifically a jacket like this would belong, let me know eh

My OC Captain James is eyeing your coat very enviously...if it goes missing...*cough*....anyway, really nice work! Really like the cuffs!!

By the cut and drape of the body of the jacket it reminds me of something from the Tudor period, but the sleeves are DEFINITELY Colonial era!
