The Winter Collection

This is a collection of flowers from my parents' garden, that were in flower, or 'present,' during December.
The vase is also my parent's, however I changed the colour to dark blue to suit the painting.

This took me just under a week to complete.

I spent all of today painting the wood texture, and the 'wall,' which I made up.

For some reason I originally did not intend doing a background, therefore painting around the tiny heather petals and spikes, was well, fun...
